Work in Progress

A re-edition of Bertrand Evans's landmark history of  Gothic theater, Gothic Drama from Walpole to Shelley (University of California Press, 1947) now published by Edwin Mellen Press. The book has a new introduction, a preface by an important scholar in the field, an updated appendix of Gothic plays and performance dates, and updated and expanded bibliographies. Work published in 2006.

A new edition of Edgar Allan Poe's Narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym for the Broadview Press with notes, introduction, bibliography, and illustrations. Co-edited with Professor Diane Long Hoeveler of Marquette University. Forthcoming in 2008.
